A practical GIFT for buyers of NØRDIS air conditioners – air-to-air heat pumps

Good guests arrive on time, and great ones come with gifts too 🎁 NØRDIS partners are no exception! After purchasing any NØRDIS air conditioner – air-to-air heat pump installation work, they will come with a gift: a sports-travel towel.

The NØRDIS air-to-air heat pump will provide smart heat for your home, and the gift will be protection against dargana when you leave the house.

 

Promotion conditions:

 

1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER

1.1. Official representative of NØRDIS UAB “Baltic Refrigeration Group”, legal entity code 300077761, registered office address Silvestro Žukausko st. 11, Ramučių village, LT-54464 Kaunas district. (hereinafter – the Organizer), organizes the promotion “Buy a NØRDIS air-to-water heat pump and receive a stylish umbrella as a gift” (hereinafter – the Promotion), which is carried out in accordance with the following rules (hereinafter – the Rules).

 

2. PROMOTION

2.1. Promotion duration and territory:

2.1.1. The promotion runs from 14/09/2022 to 14/10/2022 (inclusive), or earlier if all the gifts (1000 NØRDIS gifts) have been distributed by then.

2.1.2. Promotion territory: Republic of Lithuania

2.2. Promotional products:

2.2.1. The promotion is open to persons who purchased any NØRDIS air conditioner – air-to-air heat pump during the promotion from all NØRDIS representatives and partners in Lithuania.

2.2.2. Gift: sports-travel towel marked with the NØRDIS logo.

2.2.3. Each product comes with a separate Promotional Gift.

2.2.4. The same buyer can receive the gift an unlimited number of times depending on the number of goods purchased.

2.2.5. The recipient of the gift is given a gift during the purchase, delivery or installation of the equipment.

2.2.6. If condition 2.2.5 does not occur, buyers of NØRDIS air conditioners – air-to-air heat pumps are invited to contact us by e-mail. Email info@nordis-ac.lt attaching the document proving the purchase and providing information about the organization/installation specialist that sold the device. After clarifying the situation, the Gift will be sent to the address specified by the buyer.

2.3. All information about the current Promotion can be found on the website www.nordis-ac.com. All questions related to the Promotion can be sent by e-mail info@nordis-ac.lt.

 

3. DISPUTE RESEARCH PROCEDURE

3.1. All complaints related to the Promotion, including complaints related to the procedure for receiving and/or providing the Gift, are examined by the Organizer.

3.2. Complaints to the Organizer must be submitted to the Organizer or NØRDIS contacts (info@nordis-ac.lt) no later than 10/28/2022.

3.3. The organizer must examine the complaint no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

 

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The controller of the personal data of the campaign participants is the Organizer. The organizer undertakes to maintain confidentiality. The personal data of the campaign participants will not be provided to any data recipients.

4.2. We inform you that for the purpose of delivery of advertising offers and purchased goods, your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if you have specified one)) may be transferred to the following data recipients: parcel delivery services.

 

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations related to the quality of the Gifts and/or other characteristics of the Gifts.

 

6. OTHER TERMS

6.1. All persons participating in the Promotion confirm that they agree with these Rules and undertake to be guided by them and comply with them.

6.2. All issues not discussed in these Rules are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In all matters not discussed in these Rules, the Organizer may make a unilateral decision in accordance with the applicable legal acts and these Rules.

6.3. The number of gifts is limited. The campaign is carried out until the balance of the gifts has not expired, but no longer than until 2022. October 14 (inclusive).

6.4. Gifts cannot be exchanged for money and/or other items.

6.5. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion and to announce it on this page.
